Cancellation Terms
Annual Contracts
Customers who have signed up for an annual contract may cancel it one month before the expiry date.
Monthly Billing Customers on a monthly billing cycle can cancel up to five days before the next billing date.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services, Press Monitor does not provide any refunds .
