Shipping and Delivery

How Delivery Happens

  • Access may be delivered through login credentials, account activation notices, workspace setup, subscription enablement, alert configuration, API credentials, webhook setup, message routing, or customer-success onboarding.
  • Some services require source mapping, keyword setup, watchlist creation, boolean configuration, integration setup, stakeholder routing, or customer verification before practical use begins.
  • Delivery may depend on customer responsiveness, technical readiness, approved sender channels, identity verification, payment clearance, or third-party platform conditions.

Timing and Availability

  • Quoted or expected delivery times are estimates only unless expressly committed in writing.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, immediate, or error-free access at all times. Delivery and availability may be affected by maintenance, platform restrictions, network failure, verification delays, legal review, source constraints, or force majeure.
  • A delay in activation, delivery, or onboarding does not create a warranty, refund, or liability obligation except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, technical endpoints, user details, approval inputs, and other onboarding information needed for service activation.
  • Customers are also responsible for maintaining compatible systems, reviewing notices, and completing any internal approvals required to receive or use the services.
  • If customer-side delay prevents activation or onboarding, delivery will be deemed reasonably attempted once the required access or setup information has been provided by us.

No Warranty and Limited Liability

  • All delivery commitments are subject to the Terms and Conditions, including the exclusion of warranties and limitation of liability.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by delayed activation, interrupted message delivery, failed third-party routing, unavailable sources, or customer-side configuration issues.
  • Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
  • Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, legal matters relating to delivery and access will be brought in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in the name of Press Monitor Inc. under the governing law and forum terms stated in the Terms and Conditions.
